10 min walk from the bus stop. Stopped by Roosevelt Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's really close to the venue, recommend. Terrace was an advantage. Hotel has friendly workers.

Nice base for exploring Casablanca. Breakfast was SATISFYING, beds where spacious. Beach is near the hotel. We had a standard double room and views were exceptional.
